Online complaint
Please use this form to submit your complaint to Sutor Bank. The following information is required to process your complaint:
- Contact details of the complainant (name, address, telephone number, e-mail).
- Details of the subject of the complaint, i.e. the product or service of the bank to which the complaint relates.
- Your message with a description of the facts and details of when the reason for the complaint arose. And a statement of the request or an indication of what the complaint is intended to achieve (e.g. correction of errors, clarification of differences of opinion).
- Documents necessary for understanding. A maximum of two PDF attachments can be uploaded in the following form; additional attachments can also be sent by e-mail to beschwerdemanagement@sutorbank.de if necessary.
- Written authorisation to represent the complainant if the complainant is contacting Sutor Bank on behalf of another person.
