Information for consumers in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG)

The provisions of the Barrier-Free Access Act (BFSG) will come into force on 28 June 2025. Please note that, with regard to Section 12 No. 2 BFSGV, the sample information on certain banking services developed by the Association of German Banks as an implementation aid is currently only available in German.
