Online complaint for crypto customers

Please use this form to submit your complaint to Sutor Bank. The following information is required to process your complaint:

  • Contact details of the complainant (name, address, phone number and email address).
  • LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) and customer reference, if available.
  • In the case of legal representation, please include the representative's personal details and proof of appointment (power of attorney or other official document).
  • References to the transactions in question: Full details of the issue, offer or application for admission to trading of asset-referenced tokens or the agreement to which the complaint relates (i.e. name of the issuers of the asset-referenced tokens, reference number of the asset-referenced tokens or other details).
  • Description of the subject matter of the complaint. Please also provide supporting documentation to substantiate the facts stated.
  • Date of the facts that led to the complaint.
  • Description of the damage, loss or disadvantage incurred.
  • Documents necessary for understanding: You can upload a maximum of two PDF attachments in the following form. Additional attachments can also be sent by email to beschwerdemanagement@sutorbank.de if necessary.
